Our model is built on quality introductions, not volume. We don't make money from your ongoing staffing dependency — we make money from getting the match right the first time.

If the placed nurse does not continue beyond 90 days of employment for any reason, we will identify and introduce a replacement candidate. No debate, no second invoice.

Terms of the guarantee are set out in your service agreement prior to any introduction being made.
